Every day since Donald Trump started winning Republican president primaries I’ve been putting Donald Trump into the Google search box. At the top of search results pages were Britain’s The Guardian or The New York Times. Both organisations repeatedly headlined the most degrading slant to everything Mr. Trump had said or been accused to have done.Today the Guardian is depicting President Trump’s choice as secretary of defence in terms voiced by those who might have preferred former secretaries of defense.

When I recall a book authored by a recent Obama secretary entitled Worthy Fights I’m impressed by its author writing that he couldn’t understand why he ‘d been chosen as secretary of defense because he’d been without experience in that area. Perhaps the Benghazi reports may suggest a reason.
