All you have to do is say it and they’re gone. No law; no court no conviction: Just say it. Remember Patrick Brown.

Inappropriate behavior has come to appear normal among celebrity media, actors and politicians. I am surprised how widespread it is, surprised perhaps because I might have expected to witness it close up in the rock and roll world that I inhabited years ago, or maybe times have changed or maybe its something not done by people descended from working people like early rock and rollers were. Maybe we were raised to be overly respectful. I had an uncle who more than once confided that I should respect women; or maybe we took church too seriously.
All day long politicians and journalists have been expressing shock and dismay about allegations that the now resigned leader of Ontario’s conservatives has grossly offended two women. And I was surprised too because I didn’t think he looked the type.
But they say he is because two women said he tried to be intimate with them for which his assistants told him he had to resign and his party finally over-ruled his refusal; so he had to vacate the leadership. But he wants to stay in the legislature in the MPP position he was elected to. But some people say that he should make himself invisible and leave, and certainly not keep attention on himself by trying to prove the two offended ladies’ charges were false. I wonder who the new leader will be these five months before the June election?
This is what NASA said on January 18, 2018 about Asteroid 2002 AJ129 on Feb. 4 2018.
Asteroid 2002 AJ129 will make a close approach to Earth on Feb. 4, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. PST (4:30 p.m. EST / 21:30 UTC). At the time of closest approach, the asteroid will be no closer than 10 times the distance between Earth and the Moon (about 2.6 million miles, or 4.2 million kilometers)…
Karl Marx was a prophet who predicted the dictatorship of the proletariat and the dissolution of the kinds of governments western man has experienced since before the age of Victoria. He believed that history’s class struggles provide evidence of the seeds of this yet to be achieved dictatorship which will form as all professions and wage earning occupations fall into a single class.
Marx’s co-theorist Engels in his 1892 pamphlet Socialism: Utopian and Scientific shows that communist theory was a product of a belief in the scientific certainty of the senses.
Since communism required an acknowledgement by all workers, “WORKING MEN OF ALL COUNTRIES UNITE” that as members of the largest social class whose labor produced capital, they possessed the power to control capital and govern themselves in their own interest.
I’ve just learned that American astronauts train in Russia and might even talk to Russians who they plan to live with in outer space where “mum’s the word”.
…Epps is returning to Houston from Russia, where she had been training to fly to the space station with a German and Russian. NASA spokeswoman Brandi Dean said Friday it was a decision by NASA, not the Russian Space Agency…
